Welcome and thanks for visiting!

Here are a few words about me by way of introduction…

I am an experienced Journalist and Media Professional and have been fortunate to work in many different yet fulfilling and interesting roles over the past decade or so.

This website is my platform to showcase my varied journalistic background and store a comprehensive archive of portfolio and interview material.

Currently, I am based on the South Coast of England and work for the Maritime & Coastguard Agency, an executive agency sponsored by the Department of Transport, as a Press Officer and Spokesman.

I am also heavily involved in all things running, coaching and marathon running (visit marathonrunningtraining.com for more information), as well as sports journalism work.

Between 2015 and 2018 I lived in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and worked for Sport360.com and Sport360° Newspaper.

Prior to this, I spent over two years with Hayters Teamwork Sports Agency in London and also enjoyed a memorable spell operating as an in-house Content Editor and Interviewer with the England Cricket Team – covering England’s home series and extensive tours with the men’s team away to Australia, New Zealand and the Caribbean.

In my early journalistic career, I was part of the online, video and social media teams at ITV News, the Daily Mail Online, the Daily Telegraph and the All England Club Wimbledon, among various others.

I have also had content published in most UK national newspapers, on top of many magazines and websites worldwide.

I have been lucky enough to conduct interviews with sporting greats and celebrities, including the likes of Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, David Beckham, Steven Gerrard, Roberto Carlos, Frank Lampard, Shane Warne, Ben Stokes, the Klitschko brothers, Usain Bolt, Mo Farah, Anthony Joshua and John McEnroe to name but a few – while I have also completed one-on-one interviews with Sir David Attenborough, Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Sir Michael Parkinson, Dame Barbara Windsor, Stephen Fry and Sir Richard Branson.
